I've built and sold companies, had apps at #1 in the App Store, and now I'm building again — this time focusing on passion projects and helping others.
My story
I started coding as a teenager in the early 2000s. What began as curiosity quickly became a passion, and before long I had launched my first projects.
When Apple opened the App Store in 2008, I was ready. I launched my first apps, and both ended up at #1 on Top 10 in Denmark. It was a wild experience seeing my own apps topping the charts.
Alongside this, I built a hosting company from the ground up. Over the years it grew into one of Denmark's leading providers, with thousands of customers and a dedicated team. In 2013-2014 I sold the company for an eight-figure sum — a chapter I'm incredibly proud of.
After the exit, I spent a few years as a consultant and advisor before starting Senbee in 2020 with my partner-in-crime Tristan White. We work with PropTech, making buildings smarter with AI and IoT.
In 2023 I found my way back to what I love most: building products. This time as an indie developer focused on passion projects. From YouTubere.dk indexing Danish YouTube creators, to Kodehusker (Password Remember) — a password manager for everyone, to HTTP — a read-later and bookmark app for macOS, and Camlog — a fresh take on camera for Shorts, TikTok and Reels.
Beyond development, I create content on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok as GirafPingvin — a project I share with my family.
Career timeline
First apps in the App Store
Launched my first apps when the App Store opened. Both apps reached #1 on Top 10 in Denmark — an incredible start to my app career.
The hosting adventure
Built one of Denmark's leading hosting companies from scratch. Thousands of customers, dedicated servers, and a team of skilled people.
Exit for eight-figure sum
Sold the hosting company in a successful exit. A milestone that opened doors to new adventures and projects.
Consultant & advisor
Worked as technical consultant and advisor for startups and established companies. Helped with scaling, architecture and tech strategy.
